Flexible office space that can give a team member a private room, as well as the ability to easily interact with others, whether it be in daily meetings or quarterly town halls, is key to maximizing the efficiency of your office space.
What is also attractive with flexible space is allowing for more uses out of less square footage, which also helps save money. An example of this would be a cafeteria that can also double as an auditorium for town hall meetings.

Constantly working and spending many hours in the office can be less draining when team members are comfortable. The ability to bring in personal interests into the office can help ease the stress and increase the comfort level. Some of these may even include quiet rooms, kitchens, game rooms, and more.

Most CEOs want some personal things, but many are more interested in what the office can provide for their employees. Since the CEO is relying on their employees to get the whole job done it is very important that the office space allows for them to do that as well as allows for them to be comfortable and remain satisfied with where they works so that the CEO can more easily retain and attract top talent.
5. Cost Effectiveness
While the public may see and hear stories of the lavishness in some C-suite office spaces a lot of CEOs look for a more cost effective route when going with an office space. Overall, the CEO is looking for ways the company can create more cash flow and lower expenses so a lower cost in office space expense may be appealing to them.
Also, in this era where transparency within a company is becoming more popular having a simpler CEO office space may be more respected and appreciated amongst the employees.
